Your Studio Apartment is totally private – it is your Home
Included in you private Apartment is a small functional kitchen furnished with fridge, microwave, sink, and ample storage, meals area suitable for table and chairs, bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, lounge area including two lounge chairs, coffee table and flat screen tv, bedroom area with built in robe and quality king single bed. All apartments have individually controlled heating
and air-conditioning. Each Apartment also comes with a generous and private outdoor courtyard, clothes line and garden.
AFFORDABLE
Domum provides Homes which are Affordable for the long term, giving you the financial freedom to let you do what you want to do and worry less. Rentals start at just $330 per week and include most outgoings. All water, electricity, gas, insurance and land tax are included in your weekly rental fee. Regular Maintenance of your apartment is also included, so there will be NO unexpected bills.

All seniors have a basic right to be safe. Just some of our features include – All doors, windows and locks are premium quality and offer first class security; All communal areas have security monitoring 24 hours a day; Lighting is designed specifically for security and is movement sensitive; Trip Hazards have been removed; All tenants are vigorously reference checked; Respect for other tenants is enforced and we have an uncompromising policy to any breaches of property rules.

At Domum, whist we ensure all tenants have a right to complete privacy, we generally attract people who like to be social
at times. We believe offering the opportunity to connect with like-minded people, in a communal space, can bring a lot of
joy and happiness. We believe seniors social interaction is critical to a healthy lifestyle. Accordingly, our developments are designed to create environments for you to Interact and build retirement relationships and support networks. Whilst your apartments will have all the faculties you need, there is an additional community lounge, full communal kitchen, dining and meals area, laundry area other areas to socialise including large alfresco area. Our properties are all within an easy walk of a community based shopping Centre offering supermarkets, cafes, chemists and doctors. We are also very close to excellent public transport.
How it works
Lease
Seniors apartments are secured by an initial one or two-year lease. You then have an automatic option to extend the lease as long as you like* (conditions apply)
Trial Period
Trial periods may be available for 3 months for eligible applicants.
What you need
Most apartments are fully and tastefully furnished with items designed to specifically suit the studio configuration. You just need to bring any personal items.
Rental
Rents and bonds are paid in advance by direct debit.
